I bridge the technical and the human.

Trained as a psychologist, built as an operator. I help technical teams and non-technical stakeholders reach the same answer, usually by writing things down.

What I do

Where I do my best work.

The work I keep gravitating toward: connecting teams to each other, and connecting technical work to the people it is meant to serve.

Program & implementation delivery

Complex initiatives from kickoff through adoption. Scope, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and steady execution in the middle.

Learning & development

Onboarding, training programs, and the documentation people actually use. I build the systems that help new people ramp and teams grow.

Project management

Roadmaps, dependencies, and risk. Plans that hold up when the assumptions shift.

Operations

Process design, vendor management, and the quiet fixes that compound over quarters.

Writing & teaching

Runbooks, playbooks, and the occasional essay. Coming soon to /blog.

A short version.

Five years of cross-functional delivery. Vendor rollouts, process design, team onboarding. The work that holds a team together when nobody is watching.

Where I'm heading.

I'm looking for a team that takes delivery seriously and values the human side of the work. A generalist who has done well in ops, training, and PM, and is ready to learn the next domain.

How I work.

I do my best work in small teams, on paper. I document as I go. Runbooks, decision logs, onboarding guides. Because the team that can teach itself is the team that scales.
