Welcome to kraul.dev ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services Provided

kraul.dev provides productized services, consulting, and digital products, including but not limited to:

• Policy and workflow audits
• Development of custom technical or operational solutions
• Creation of learning modules
• Professional development seminars and training

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any service will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or product checkout page.

2. Productized Services and Custom Work

Scope: Productized services are strictly limited to the parameters defined at the time of purchase. Any requests outside of this scope will require a separate agreement or a custom solution proposal.

Client Responsibilities: The delivery of our audits, custom solutions, and learning modules often requires timely access to your existing policies, workflows, or staff. Delays in providing requested materials may result in project delays.

Revisions: Unless otherwise specified in a specific SOW, productized services include one (1) round of standard revisions.

3. Order Processing and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries related to payment, billing, and order processing. Your relationship regarding the payment and purchase of our services is with Lemon Squeezy, and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will also apply to your transaction.

4. Delivery of Services and Digital Goods

Upon successful payment through Lemon Squeezy, you will receive an email confirmation.

Digital Goods: For digital learning modules, access links or downloads will be provided immediately or within 24 hours via email.

Services: For productized audits, custom solutions, and seminars, our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to initiate the onboarding and scheduling process as defined in the purchased service tier.

5. Payment and Refunds

Due to the easily duplicable nature of digital learning modules and the time-intensive nature of custom audits and consulting, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or a service engagement has commenced, except where explicitly required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing Material: We retain all rights to our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, seminar materials, and templates used during our engagements.

Custom Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final custom solutions, learning modules, or audit reports generated specifically for your organization internally.

Website Content: All content on kraul.dev, including text, graphics, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Confidentiality

We understand that auditing workflows and policies requires access to sensitive organizational data. We agree to keep all proprietary information shared by you confidential and will only use it for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kraul.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
